Choose from one of our express beauty treatments: Express Gel polish (all nails must be clean of polish prior to the booking), Express facial, Express makeover. Enjoy Our Signature afternoon teas which will include: smoked salmon & cream cheese sandwiches, egg mayonnaise sandwiches, chicken Caesar wraps, macarons, cupcakes, scones with clotted cream & jam, chocolate dipped strawberries, fresh fruit, tea, herbal teas & americano coffee. Let your children dress up become budding chefs & Immerse in our fun filled activity, allowing them to explore their own creativity by curating their very own dessert, choose your base: waffles or pancake (order must be decided prior to the event), a selection of delicious sauces, tantalising toppings and ice cream flavours too! As if that isn't enough, they will enjoy one of our infamous milkshakes as well. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We may use pictures purely for marketing and advertising, if you do not give us permission to do so, you must let us know upon booking.
No outside activities which we already offer is permitted unless you are dry hiring. Any allergies for food or skin must be discussed upon booking.
Permission for all treatments will be granted from the client on behalf of the whole party involved. It is the client’s responsibility to check all allergens for food & skin treatments.

An initial holding fee of £100 will be required to secure a date & for potential damages, loss of equipment, or exceeding the agreed hire period (later than 15 minutes after the agreed hire time) will be required upon booking (This holding deposit will be refunded 24 hrs after the event, providing there are no damages, late leaving or excessive cleaning required to furniture).
A full name, address, contact number and ID must be presented upon booking stage.
For cancellations a minimum of 6 weeks notice will be required to refund any monies paid, any less notice will result in loss of all monies paid. The balance of all events will be due latest 7 days prior to the event. Any changes in party sizes must be notified by 2 weeks prior to the event. To change the date of booking any later than a week from booking will incur a £50 Fee.
Late arrivals will result in loss of your own agreed party time, the agreed party end time will remain the same unless fault is on our part.
No furniture is to be moved around unless agreed prior to the event
We do not permit any sticking of décor or banners, any hanging décor or confetti, We do not permit sparkle or firework candles on our premises.
We do not offer any refunds after or during any event unless we ourselves have to cancel or alter your agreed booking arrangements without reasonable replacements of any unavailable items.

Any complaints must be made via email which will be handled by the proprietor of the company.

By reading these terms and proceeding to book this will be taken as automatic agreement to our terms & conditions.
PLEASE NOTE...
Dry hire does not include any use of crockery, cutlery, napkins etc. Dry hire will be a self clean arrangement, providing your own cleaning supplies including bin bags, all rubbish must be taken away with you. A refundable holding deposit will be required for all parties & will be refunded if there are no damages and the party does not run over the agreed times. We do not permit: confetti, sparkles, firework candles, smoking, sticking decorations or hanging decorations. Only helium balloons or other decorations which are free standing are permitted. All money will be due 7 days prior to the event.
