  The Adult Afternoon Tea & Pamper Experience

£65pp including 2.5 hours exclusive use of our lounge. Additional hours can be added at £100ph. Minimum 10 people. Choose from one of our express beauty treatments: Express Gel polish (all nails must be clean of polish prior to the booking), Express facial, Express makeover. Enjoy Our Signature afternoon teas which will include: platters of  smoked salmon & cream cheese sandwiches, egg mayonnaise sandwiches, chicken Caesar wraps, macarons, cupcakes, scones with clotted cream & jam,  chocolate dipped strawberries, fresh fruit, tea, herbal teas & americano coffee. (we are happy to replace the hot drinks for either a mocktail or milkshake pp) We can offer replacements for restricted or specific dietary requirements which must be agreed before the booking date.  (age 12+)

Monday-Friday Bookings £55pp (not including Bank holidays)

The Afternoon Tea Experience

£40pp including 3 hours exclusive use of our lounge. Additional hours can be added at £100ph. Minimum 25 people . Enjoy Our Signature afternoon teas which will include: platters of smoked salmon & cream cheese sandwiches, egg mayonnaise sandwiches, chicken Caesar wraps, macarons, cupcakes, scones with clotted cream & jam, chocolate dipped strawberries, fresh fruit, tea, herbal teas & americano coffee. (we are happy to replace the hot drinks for either a mocktail or milkshake pp) We can offer replacements for restricted or specific dietary requirements which must be agreed before the booking date.

This experience can also be enjoyed for smaller groups  in our café during our opening hours. (age 12+)

The Princess & Themed Tea Experience

£50pp  choose from a range of inspired teas: Hello Kitty, Mean Girls, Barbie, Taylor Swift or Designer inspired afternoon Tea experience including a selection of sandwiches, themed sweet treats, Choose from our many princesses to keep your little ones entertained with stories, games, glitter & music.

Available for groups of 10 or more including 2 hours exclusive use of our lounge

The Afternoon Tea & Makeup Masterclass Experience

£70 including 2 hours exclusive use of our lounge. Additional hours can be added at £100ph. Minimum 10 people.

Learn to utilise your tools effectively and apply your makeup professionally by our expert qualified makeup artists. Enjoy Our  Signature afternoon teas which will include: smoked salmon & cream cheese sandwiches, egg mayonnaise sandwiches, chicken Caesar wraps, macarons, cupcakes, scones with clotted cream & jam,  chocolate dipped strawberries, fresh fruit, tea, herbal teas & americano coffee. Our Afternoon teas will include; turkey sandwiches, cream cheese sandwiches, jam sandwiches, jam scones, cupcakes, chocolate mini rolls, crisps, fresh fruit, unlimited squash & an arrival mocktail. We can offer replacements for restricted or specific dietary requirements which must be agreed before the booking date.

This service is available for smaller groups or individual children during our café opening hours. (age 4-11)

The Sip & Paint Bottomless Brunch Experience

£65pp including 2 hours exclusive use of our lounge. Additional hours can be added at £100ph. Minimum 10 people.

The Children's Afternoon Tea, Pamper & Spa Experience

£50pp including 2 hours exclusive use of our lounge. Additional hours can be added at £100ph. Minimum 10 people.

Our Mini pampers include, child friendly nail painting, makeup & festival face glitter. Our Mini spa will include use of our silk gowns, eye masks, headbands, rose quartz face rollers, sheet masks Afternoon teas will include; turkey sandwiches, cream cheese sandwiches, jam sandwiches, jam scones, cupcakes, chocolate mini rolls, crisps, fresh fruit, a milkshake, unlimited squash & an arrival mocktail. We can offer replacements for restricted or specific dietary requirements which must be agreed before the booking date. (age 4-11)

The Children's DIY Dessert Experience

£40pp including 2 hours exclusive use of our café. Additional hours can be added at £100ph. Minimum 10 people.

Let your children dress up become budding chefs & Immerse in our fun filled activity, allowing them to explore their own creativity by curating their very own dessert, choose your base: waffles or pancake (order must be decided prior to the event),  a selection of delicious sauces, tantalising toppings and ice cream flavours too! As if that isn't enough, they will enjoy one of our infamous milkshakes, sandwiches & crisps too.  We can offer replacements for restricted or specific dietary requirements which must be agreed before the booking date. (age 4-11)

The Brunch Experience

£45pp includes Our Signature brunch stands which include: a yoghurt, berry & granola pot, a croissant, smashed avocado & fetta toast, smashed avocado, smoked salmon & egg on brioche, French toast & berries, herbal teas or americano coffee , We can offer replacements for restricted or specific dietary requirements which must be agreed before the booking date.

This experience can be booked with a minimum of 25 people which includes a 2 hour sitting in our lounge area.

Also available for smaller groups of 10 to seat in the café area.

The Grazing Experience

£45pp includes a fine selection of savoury & sweet platters including  charcuterie platters, finger sandwiches, savoury favourites, brownies & cakes, unlimited tea & coffee. 

This experience can be booked with a minimum of 25 people which includes a 2 hour sitting in our lounge.

Also available for smaller groups of 10 to seat in the café area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We may use pictures purely for marketing and advertising, if you do not give us permission to do so, you must let us know upon booking.

 

No outside activities which we already offer is permitted unless you are dry hiring. Any allergies for food or skin must be discussed upon booking.

 

Permission for all treatments will be granted from the client on behalf of the whole party involved. It is the client’s responsibility to check all allergens for food & skin treatments.

An initial holding fee of £200 will be required to secure a date &  for potential damages, loss of equipment, or exceeding the agreed hire period (later than 15 minutes after the agreed hire time) will be required upon booking (This holding deposit will be refunded 24 hrs after the event, providing there are no damages, late leaving or excessive cleaning required to furniture).

A full name, address, contact number and ID must be presented upon booking stage.

No refund for cancellations unless we as the venue provider choose to cancel for any given reason.. The balance of all events will be due latest 7 days prior to the event. Any changes in party sizes must be notified by 2 weeks prior to the event. To change the date of booking will incur a £50 Fee.

Late arrivals will result in loss of your own agreed party time, the agreed party end time will remain the same unless fault is on our part.

No furniture is to be moved around unless agreed prior to the event

We do not permit any sticking of décor or banners, any hanging décor or confetti, We do not permit sparkle or firework candles on our premises.

We do not offer any refunds after or during any event unless we ourselves have to cancel or alter your agreed booking arrangements without reasonable replacements of any unavailable items.

Any complaints must be made via email which will be handled by the proprietor of the company.

By reading these terms and proceeding to book this will be taken as automatic agreement to our terms & conditions.

PLEASE NOTE...

Dry hire does not include any use of crockery, cutlery, napkins etc. Dry hire will be a self clean arrangement, providing your own cleaning supplies including bin bags, all rubbish must be taken away with you. A refundable holding deposit will be required for all parties & will be refunded if there are no damages and the party does not run over the agreed times. We do not permit: confetti, sparkles, firework candles, smoking, sticking decorations or hanging decorations. Only helium balloons or other decorations which are free standing are permitted. All money will be due 7 days prior to the event.
